Early Intervention Birth to 3 Program

The Outagamie and Winnebago Counties Early Intervention Program provides services to children under the age of three who have developmental delays or diagnoses that can result in delays. If a delay is suspected, we prefer a referral for a screening, not an evaluation, unless an evaluation is seen as necessary. The program provides free evaluations for children between birth to age three.
